This massive project included numerous highend and custom work. After removal of the old roof, we created a covered lanai with a scooped roof. Complete with custom columns, we also installed a DuraDeck Membrane. The lighting design was done with our clients needs in mind, to accommodate and highlight a second-story hot tub space.Everywhere here at the River Beach project, you will see bespoke and custom design details from the specialty glass railings to the stunning exterior iron spiral staircase.
