Here at Rye Street, we took on and executed an extensive renovation. Along with a major overhaul of grounds, main floor and exterior, we also reconfigured the entire second floor to include such amenities as the two brand new large ensuite bathrooms with custom showers, master bedroom with custom ensuite and heated floors. Each bedroom also boasts individualized heating and air conditioning in the ceilings.We constructed a main floor conservatory addition complete with bespoke fireplaces and cabinets and hardwood flooring throughout. A new main floor laundry room includes a custom built island.No detail was overlooked here at Rye Street; Thermapan construction, Dura Deck Lanai, stunning exterior iron spiral staircase, not to mention the spa area with pool and two hot tubs.The landscaping here is worthy of a magazine cover, even more so elevating the vibe of a picture perfect home.
